Sheila

Shiela is a graduate of 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program in Edmonton, Alberta and a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. (NHPC) She’s been in Arokaya Healing Wellness team since 2017. She is passionate about achieving optimal health and injury prevention through massage therapy. Through the blending of therapeutic knowledge, the natural healing power of the human body and her active listening skills, she creates an exceptionally soothing experience for her clients that enables her to deliver treatments tailored to each patient’s need. Shiela’s expertise is a compound of Swedish relaxation, Deep tissue, and gentle therapeutic stretching and offers a treatment that is fluid, grounding and calming.
